He is survived by: his wife Carol Pitts Mastin; his son Howard Eugene "Gene" Mastin (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Mitchell Lee Mastin (Abigail), Mallie Belle Mastin and Melea Renae Mastin; and his sister Libby Ray.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hightower's Memorial Chapel (12651 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Douglasville, GA 30134). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
