He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mills and Betty Davis Paugh; and his wife Arlene Jean Delaney Mills. He is survived by: his children, Arlene Fowler (Ernie), Helen Hudgins (Lonnie), Donnie Mills (Carleen) and Eddie Mills; his grandchildren, Stephanie Masters (Nate), Melanie Mailhot (Madison), Chance Ussery (Summer), Grace Ussery (Tyler Crews), Trae Hudgins, Lacie Hudgins (Jada Steadham), Ryan Gunnin (Jeannie), Rebecca Ward (Josh) and Jessie Garner (Anna); and his great grandchildren, Will Ussery, Sadie Cate Ussery, Myles Masters, Eli Masters, Skylar Mailhot, Macon Mailhot, Piper Mailhot, Ezra Scout Crews, Riley Ward, James Ward and Jason Garner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
