He was predeceased by: his parents, David Pendley and Dorothy Smith Pendley; and his siblings, Lee Pendley and Jimmie Carol Cagle. He is survived by: his son Matthew Pendley (Christy) of Fayette; his sister Billie Jo Handley of Walker Co; his aunt Earnie Mae Bonner of Fayette; and his sister-in-law Mary Pendley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
