He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Jean Rodgers and Phyliss Hardy Blair; and his children, Patsy Hardy, Kristina Philpot (Darnell), Sandra Stallworth, Mary Blackburn, Judy Billups, Sabrina Blackburn, Donell Medley, Dale Hardy (Joyce), Willie Curt Walker, James Blackburn and Roy Lee Blackburn (Kim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
