He was predeceased by: his parents, Shannon Fowler and Avis Lee Johnston Fowler; and his brothers, Rayford and James Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Ann Fowler of Fayette; his sons, Paul "Bogie" Fowler (Karla) of Northport and Billy Fowler (Leigh) of Fayette; his siblings, Charles Fowler (Juanita) of Fayette, David Fowler (Jeanene) of Fayette and Ruth Jane Lindsey of Fayette; his grandchildren, Will Fowler, Matthew Fowler, Holly Puttman, Chase Fowler, Joshua Fowler, Carolyn and Terra Youngblood; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Fowler, Kaylee Uptain, Aubree Puttman, Marissa Puttman and Austin Chase Fowler.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5-7 P. M. under strict guidelines because of Covid-19.
