She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Alice Golightly Johnson; her significant other Guerry Andrew Pirkle; and her siblings, Tom Johnson, Joyce Jaynes, Doris Caudill and Barbara Letson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie McCaleb (Tim) and Leigh Ann Osborn (Barry); her grandchildren, Nathan McCaleb (Stephanie), Tyler McCaleb (Kelci), Lauren Evans (Blake) and Andrew Osborn; and her great grandchildren, Easton Evans, Adeline McCaleb, Jamison McCaleb, Austin Evans and Thatcher McCaleb. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nelson Funeral Home Chapel (3659 AL-171, Fayette, AL 35555). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
