She is survived by: her husband Roy Gene Fulmer; her children, Stephen Gene Fulmer (Laura) and Deidra Fulmer Ladnier (William); her brother Lloyd Brown (Trillie); her sister-in-law Sandi Brown; and her grandchildren, Gene Fulmer (Evan Ashley), Brooke Robertson (Landon), Jacob Fulmer, Brittney Tankersley (Luke) and Breann Butler (Draven).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to Southside Baptist Church in memory of her.
