He was predeceased by: his siblings, Terry, Debbie, Jerry, Ray, Jim, Phillip, Maxine, Norma Jean, Elizabeth and Donald.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jo Parrish; his son Rex Parrish; his stepchildren, JoAnne Keeton, Lisa Smith, Angie Mordecai, Joey Smith and Jeff Smith; and his siblings, Robert, Kathleen, Ettalean, Rex and Sarah. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
