He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Peirce and Hassie McCaleb Hollingsworth. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hollingsworth; his sons, Bart Hollinsgworth (Charlcy) and Brett Hollingsworth; his sisters, Jean Evans and Mary Smith; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Gabby and Della Hollingsworth.

Due to Covid-19 the family will hold a private service.
