It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Billups of Fayette, Alabama, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mandy Jane Hollis, Charlie Ed Billups, Willie, Hardy and James A. Edwards; and his great-grandparent Ida Bell Doughty Blackburn.
He is survived by: his parents, Judy Blackburn Billups and Tim E. Billups; his sons, Timothy O'Bryon Billups II and Keyontae JaJuan Billups; his sisters, Shaketta Rice, LeKeshia Billups and LaToya Billups; and his grandmother Eloise Blackburn.
