He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fowler Dickey of Fayette Alabama; his children, Linda Goodwin (Jake) of Hoover Alabama, Janet Hyatt of Pelham Alabama, Susan Key (J'Michael) of Fayette Alabama, Cynthia Montgomery (John) of Hoover Alabama, David Dickey (Alisa) of Hawaii and Billy McCollum (Joy) of Fayette Alabama; his sister Loretta Hancock (Jim) of Pleasant Grove; his sister-in-law Diane Culver of Decatur Alabama; and his brother John E. Culver (Josephine) of McCalla Alabama.
