Selvia is survived by: husband Dan Elkins of Fayette; sons, Darrin Elkins (Keren) of Jasper and Shane Elkins of Fayette; and sisters, Marlene Bragg of Tuscaloosa and Rhonda Harrison of Crossroad. Selvia is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
