He is survived by: his sons, Michael Madison and Matthew Madison (Jennifer); his siblings, Timothy Madison (Laura), Shelia Fowler (Linton), Martha Fowler (Roger) and Rosemary Lindsey (David); and his grandchildren, David Madison, Gabe Madison, Paxton Madison and Blaine Madison.
