He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Swindle and Stasha Swindle; and his brother James L. Swindle. He is survived by: his wife Sue Swindle; his sons, Steve Daniel Swindle (Sindie) and Mike Swindle (Michele); his siblings, Dorothy Clark and Thurman Lee Swindle (Mary); and his grandchildren, Alli Taylor (Josh), Matt Swindle (Leia) and McKenzie Swindle. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
