It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Smith of Fayette, Alabama, born in Townley, Alabama, who passed away on December 16, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonas C. McGough and Willa Treadaway McGough; her husband Malcolm Smith (Mac); and her brother Herbert Neal McGough. She is survived by: her granddaughter Hannah Johnson (Thomas Minkus) of Milford. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Because of Covid-19 concerns, her ashes will be interred in the Trinity columbarium in a private service with a memorial service at a later date.
