It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lurlene Agnew of Fayette, Alabama, who passed away on January 4, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dilmus Howard Agnew, Jr.; her parents, Selma and Joe Robert Swanigan Sr.; and her siblings, Joe Robert Swanigan, Jr., Leeburn Swanigan, Anna Frances Sneed, Emmaline Shelly, Julie Dean Swanigan and Jo Ann Swanigan.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Ray Agnew, Tierre Douglas Agnew, Feddie Lawanda Gray, Patricia Lorraine Smith, Orthelia Dean Agnew and Selina Renee Peet; and her sister Ruby Lee Moore. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
