He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Bigham Smith; his children, Louise Dean, Kenneth Smith (Denise), Beverly Williamson (Jim), Steve Smith, Kelvin Smith (Amy) and Rachel Hughes (Barry); his grandchildren, Jake Dean, Keith Smith (Brittany), Andrew Smith, Cody Smith (SaraBeth), John Henry, Cole Williamson, Stephanie Savell (Christian), Cameron Resh (Michael), Brooke Snipes Jennifer Rohrer (Jake), Mason and Sam Hughes; his great grandchildren, Khloe, Korbin, Knox Smith, Barrett, Bowen Rohrer, Georgia Snipes, Emery and Easton Resh; his sister Bertha Woods (Olan); his stepsiblings, Ponzella Fowler and Jerry Sisson; and his grandsons, Jamison, Jordan Smith, Christian Savell and Michael Resh. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a large extended family.
