She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Moulton and Erma Moulton; her daughter Melanie Watkins; her granddaughter Samantha Watkins; and her brother Sidney Moulton.
She is survived by: her husband Claude Adams of Fayette; her children, Jerry Adams (Teresa) of Fayette, Leon Adams of Fayette, Tami Sanford of Fayette and Renee Adams of Birmingham; and her grandchildren, Robby, Ashlie, Cade, Brandon, Harlie and Corey. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
