He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hamric Couch; his children, Kevin Couch (Amanda), Eric Couch (Cheryl), Lori Hubbert (Mark), Paige Williams-Phillips (Brian) and Katie Barrett (Wesley); and his siblings, Tommy Couch, Kenneth Couch, Robert Couch (Sharon), Jennifer Cornett (John) and Ramona Beach. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
