He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Reade and Justine Reade; his sister Sharon Smith; his daughter Crystal Forbes; and his grandson Mark Christopher Reade.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Reade; his children, Mark B. Reade and Melissa L. Reade; his stepchildren, Angie Mayall and Don L. Weaver; and his siblings, Mickey Reade and Sandra Robertson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 5 nephews, and 2 nieces.
