He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stewart and Annie Stewart Evans; his former wife JoAnn Cagle Stewart; and his brothers, James, Billy, Robert and Charles Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Wilges Stewart; his children, Tommy Stewart and Karen Stewart; his granddaughters, Amber Isham (Joel) and Mallory Tice (Oliver); his great grandchildren, Jayden Stewart and Olivia Tice; his mother-in-law Becky Rhodes; his stepchildren, Allen Carter, Elesa Henson and David Stricklin (Tori); and his siblings, Joe, Truman, Jerry Stewart (Shirley), Bobbie Mullins (Bob), Betty Sue Nix (Charles), Louise Aldridge and Mary Gilbert (Billy). He is also survived by ten step-grandchildren, three step-great grandchildren.
