He is survived by: his wife Shelby Jean Killingsworth; his sons, Kevin Edward Killingsworth (Lanise), Kim Wade Killingsworth (Laura) and Jason Keith Killingsworth (Staci); his grandchildren, Carl Edward Killingsworth (Shuk), Amanda Kate Starr (Wade), Nathan Richmond Killingsworth (Chelsea), Jeremy Clinton Killingsworth (Jessica), Caelan O'Neal Killingsworth and Nash Reed Killingsworth; his great grandchildren, Thomas Lucian Killingsworth, Ella Taylor Killingsworth, Jaxon Dale Killingsworth, Jacelynn Reign Killingsworth, Juliet Serenity Killingsworth and Beau Thomas Starr; his former spouse Miss Shelby Jean Hubbert; his grandson Nathan Killingsworth; and his brothers-in-law, James Hubbert, Macky Hubbert and Larry Dean Hubbert.
