He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudine Duckworth and Shirley Boyd Duckworth; his wife Patricia Duckworth; and his siblings, Linda Cotton and Jimmy Duckworth.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Duckworth (Tammy) of Fayette and Tammy Wood (Donnie) of Hueytown; and his brothers, Roy Dean Duckworth of Fayette and Tommy Duckworth of Crossville. He is also survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
