He was predeceased by: his son Jeff Brasher; his grandson Austin Brasher; his great grandchild Kennedy Madison; his parents, C. C. "Shorty" Brasher and Eunice Hubbert Brasher; his siblings, Linda Smith, Sue Davis, Jake, Tommy, Dale, Max, Jerry and Billy Ray Brasher; and his son-in-law Tim Dennis.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Harkness Brasher; his daughter Pam Brasher Dennis; his daughter-in-law Pamela Ray Brasher; his sister Shirley Gladden (George); his grandchildren, Lauren Wakefield (Samuel), Lindsey Hoggle and Jennifer Madison (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Will, Hallie Wakefield, Raleigh Hoggle, Blaine and Drayton Madison.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Norwood-Wyatt Chapel (707 Temple Ave N, Fayette, AL 35555). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
