He is survived by: his children, Michael Watkins, Casey Watkins (Amanda) and Stacey Watkins; his siblings, Wayne Watkins (Patricia), Randy Watkins (Jewell), Darrell Watkins (Tamala), Teresa Pendley (Ken) and Karen Matthews (Kenneth); and his nephews, Jimmy Black, Jimmy Avent, Robert Johnson, Bryan Williams, Andrew Pattel and Don Collins. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
