It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Brent of Fayette, Alabama, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Hanes and Gather Brent; his wife Veronica "Bonnie" Brent; his sisters, Cynthia Walker and Harriet Brent; his nieces, Monica Cannon and Sharon Walker; and his nephew Dennis "Jabo" Wilson.
He is survived by: his children, Quentin Brent of Fayette, Shalethia Brent of Fayette and ReKethia Brent of Fayette; his grandchildren, Cory Driver (Brooke) of Fayette, Quenterria Brent of Fayette, Bri Brent of Birmingham, AL, Keiontae Brent of Savannah, GA, Ja'Camion Young of Fayette and Aspen Savage of Fayette; and his siblings, James Brent (Kris) of Chicago, IL, Craig Brent of Detroit, MI, Cheryl Jones of Fayette and Faye Cannon (David) of Fayette. He is also survived by aunts, nieces, nephews and special friends.
