He is survived by: his wife Anna McDonald Watkins; his parents, Gary Watkins Sr. and Dorsey Owens Watkins; his children, Justin Andrew Watkins (Natosha), Tyler Clay Watkins and Natalie Watkins Ayres (Jim); his siblings, Michael Watkins (Camille), Rikita Watkins Beams (Robert) and Ashley Watkins Homan (Lance); and his grandchildren, Tucker Watkins, Charleigh Watkins, Riley Watkins, Jackson Watkins, James "Will" Ayres V, Chase Ayres and Emmalynn Ayres.
