She is survived by: her sons, William Jerrel Smith of Caruthers and Christopher Gregory Smith of Fayette; and her brothers, Jerrel Wayne Duckworth (Susan) of Tuscaloosa and Mark Gregory Duckworth of Fayette. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
