He is survived by: his wife Eva Nell Terry of Fayette; his children, Chad Terry (Leah) of Samantha and Nikki Walker of Northport; his sisters, Rose Mary Blakney and Dorisene Ogle; his grandchildren, Jessi Stephan (Wesley), Jodi Pendley and Mikaela Swindle (Trey); and his great grandchildren, Adale Stephan, Aris Stephan, Sadie Howton and Anna Presley Swindle.
