He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Campbell and Annie Lee Campbell; his brother Dwight Campbell; his son Michael Campbell; and his great grandchild Jacob Feltman.

He is survived by: his wife Sylvia F. Campbell of Fayette; and his sons, Greg Campbell (Missy) of Fayette and Don Campbell of Fayette. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
