He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Lee Grayson, Sr. and Mattie Smith Grayson; and also Troy Lee Grayson, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rita Boyett Grayson of Fayette; his daughters, Jessica Warren Grayson (Gregory Keith Ikner) of Vestavia Hills and Katie Grayson Hackney (Robert) of Tuscaloosa; his siblings, John Randall Grayson of Huntsville, Jan Grayson Herman of Alexandria, VA and Wanda Grayson Price of Sulligent; and his grandsons, Warren Jett Ikner, William Jones Ikner and David Owen Ikner.
