He is survived by: his wife Loretta Kelley; his children, Judith Suzanne Bouchillon (Craig) and Dalton Jerome Kelley, Jr. (Robin); his siblings, Iva Jewell Eley and Bobby Kelley; his grandchildren, Christopher Kelley, Benjamin Bouchillon and Issac Bouchillon; and his great grandchildren, Brenleigh and Jaxon Bouchillon.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Shady Grove Baptist Church.
