She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard E. Battles and Carolyn Grace Battles; and her brother Howard Battles. She is survived by: her husband Don Ray Newman; her son Jeffrey Ray Newman (Lauren Ray Newman); her grandsons, Jacob Ray Newman and Wesley Ray Newman; her sisters, Jane Goold (Jack) and Patsy Luckie (Thomas); and her sister-in-law Gail Medley. She is also survived by family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church (830 Co Rd 105, Fayette, AL 35555). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
