She was predeceased by: her parent Lanelle Sanderson Johnston; her husband John T. Jones, Jr.; her father Joseph Henry Johnston, Jr.; her stepfather Buster Howton; and her grandson Cody Michael Jones.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Jones (Beth) of Gallion, AL and Kevin Jones (Cathy) of Fayette, AL; her granddaughters, Dianna Lynn Jones of Calhoun, GA, Samantha Jones Allen (Austin) and Kaitlyn Jones of Fayette; her great grandchildren, Courtney Marchman, Brianna Marchman, Blake Marchman of Samantha, AL and Easton Allen of Fayette; and her brothers, David Howton (Gina) and Charles Howton (Carla) of Auburn, AL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
