She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert Duckworth and Jewel Gilpin Duckworth; and her brothers, Leon, Donald and Dwayne Duckworth.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Carl Sullivan of Fayette; her children, Bill Sullivan (Candace) of Fayette, Sherry Corbett (Rodney) of Fayette, Janet Watts of Fayette, Gina Selman (Turk) of Fayette and Crystal Phillips (Wade) of Meridian, MS; and her siblings, Ronald Duckworth, Kathleen Sprinkle, Doris Johnson, Laeuna McCaleb, Edna McCollough, Willie Mae Taylor (Gary), Angie Rainey (Womack), Annette Moore (Dennis), Gennette Hester and Linda Jordan. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
Social distancing and face mask are required for the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Christian Center of Concern or Fayette County Baptist Association.
