She is survived by: her children, David Hayworth (Kristi) of Northport and Carla Foman (David) of Fayette; her siblings, James Terry Long (Carol) of Northport and Sue Ledbetter (Chris) of Fayette; her brother-in-law David Crawford; her grandchildren, Ray Foman, Savannah Foman, Hunter Foman, James David Hayworth and Brienna Hayworth; and her great grandchildren, Jerrod McClain and Bryson McClain.
