She is survived by: her sons, Keith Maddox (Frieda) and Dean Maddox; her grandsons, Bill Maddox and Nolan Maddox; her sisters, Doris Banks and Lynda Stephens; her stepgrandsons, Kenny Shackelford (Denise) and Jeff Shackelford; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hunter Shackelford and McKenzie Shackelford.
