She was predeceased by : her parents, Elnora Johnson Hawkins and Emanuel Ash; her brothers, Lawrence Hawkins and John Gamble; and her children, Sam Tabb Sr., Larry Tabb, David Tabb Jr. and Frances Tabb Nord.
She is survived by : her close friend Joseph Hinton; her children, Lucinda Tabb, Doris Nord (Ronald), Hurshla Tabb and Marcus Tabb (Shawn) of Uniontown, Alabama; her granddaughter Talira Tabb (Tootie) of Alexandria, VA; her siblings, Louise Gamble of Mobile, AL., Lula Gaines of Mobile, AL., Deloris Rabb of Mobile, AL., Tunglia Hawkins of Mobile, AL., Sam Gamble Jr. (Carlyn) of Columbus, GA, Thomas Gamble of Milwaukee, WI, Roy Hawkins (Shirley) of Mobile, AL., Sidney Hawkins (Tammy) of Mobile, AL., Demetrica Hawkins (Wanda) of Mobile, AL. and Donald Hawkins (LeTrania) of Mobile, AL.; her daughters-in-law, Adeline Tabb of Mobile, AL, Josephine Nord Tabb of Uniontown, AL. and Lena Tabb of Uniontown, AL.; her aunt Mary Tabb (Sweet); and her friend Lula Cole. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
