Lemmond and Irene Blankenship Lemmond; his children, Lavoyd Lemmond (Carisa), Loretta Halbrooks and Lavon Halbrooks (Ivan); and his siblings, Carlton Lemmond (Debra), Marshall Lemmond (Zhefei), Jan Orme (Bill) and Carolyn Roberts (Robert). He was also cherished by Eight Grandchildren, Eleven Great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
