He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Monroe Mason and Imogean Attkinsson Mason. He is survived by: his wife Sandra McCaig Mason; his sons, Jon Mason (Tracy) and Jeff Mason (Tiffany); and his siblings, Millard Mason (Peggy), Ronnie Mason, Steve Mason and Joyce Johnson (Dean).

In lieu of flowers: family requests that memorial donations be made to the No Fences Cowboy Church @ 3544 West Lacon Road, Falkville, Al 35622.
