He was predeceased by: his parents, Oxford Ray and Stella Corley Ray. He is survived by: his daughters, Heaven Ray of Cullman and Tori Ray of Athens; his siblings, Kathy Buchanan, Diana Monk, Betty Hall, Annette Waldrep, Nancy Harden, Pam Bentley, Teresa Hughes, Sandra Douglas and Rodney Ray; and his grandchildren, Bryson Wilson and Tinley Hill.
