He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Clemons Sammons; his daughters, Regina Ann Moss, Desarae Sammons and Billie Renae Sammons; his siblings, Ricky Schafer and Muriel Suits Doris Puckett (Paul); and his grandchildren, Kristian Ricks, Joshua Ricks, Hope Miller (Heath), Samantha Ricks, Heather Ricks, Kassie Suarez, Juan Sparks, Monica Skeem and Marcus Hawkins. He is also survived by Nine Great Grandchildren.
