She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Walter and Lela Compton Brown; her husband Cline David Shaneyfelt; and her daughters, Patricia Evelyn Tate, Sandra Jean Winsett, Andra Gay Parrott (Dan), Mona Lee Newcomb, Mala Beth Ogles (Gary) and Mary Annette McClanahan (James). She was also cherished by twelve grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
