She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Manning and Cuba Manning (Harris); her former husband George W. Medlock; her husband Herman D. Parker; her siblings, Virginia Drake, Beatrice Tucker, James Manning and Hugo Manning; and her niece Linda Manning-Grissom.
She is survived by: her son Bill Medlock (Sara); her grandchildren, Ashley Medlock (Christa) and Meredith Dostert; her great grandchildren, Elliott Dostert, Emelia Dostert and McKenzie Medlock; and her sister-in-law Margene Manning. She is also survived by two nieces; two nephews.
