She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Adams and Elizabeth Stallard Adams; her husband Jonah Lowe; and her siblings, Lois Sexton, Dorothy Holcomb and Hercell Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Earnest Lowe (Vickie), Larry Lowe (Sherrie), Debbie Stallard (Doug) and Kathy Lucas (Jerry). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
