He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Alford Gandy and Cornice Thompson Gandy; his wife Barbara Sandlin Gandy; and his son Ray Gandy. He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Gandy (Jackie) and Allen Gandy (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Jonathan Gandy (Jenna), Jeramy Elizabeth Gandy, Jordan Gandy (Amanda), Morgan Rae Alexander (Ted), Melissa Gail Gandy, Christopher Thomas Gandy (Mandy) and Charles Perry Gandy (Brittney). He is also survived by Nine Great Grandchildren.
