It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Turney of Falkville, Alabama, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Linford Harris and Juanita Ethridge Harris; her husband Aubrey Turney; her sons, Harold McAbee and Scott Dunn; and her granddaughter Jessica Corbin.
She is survived by: her children, Randy McAbee, Margie Slaven and Shari Eliff (James); her sister Diane Harris; and her grandchildren, David, Amanda, Mechel, Randal, Ashley, Jeremy and Mackenzie.
