It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Shadix of Falkville, Alabama, born in Cullman, Alabama, who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Exell Shadix; her mother Lois Persall; her son Terry Shadix; and her brother Archie Persall. She is survived by: her son Tony Shadix (Kelly); her grandchildren, Brock Shadix (Nicole), Meagan Greenlee (Phillip), Mallory Shadix, Noah Shadix and Kathryn Shadix; and her siblings, Anne Mathis, Joan Huffstutler, Gene Persall and Johnny Persall. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
