She was predeceased by: her parents, Clant Guthrie and Cenia Guthrie (Legg); her husband Ronald Cook; and her siblings, J. W. Guthrie, C. J. Guthrie, Bernice Guthrie, Jewell Musgrove (Judy) and James Guthrie.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Sloan (Mark), Kevin Watson (Wanda) and Ron Cook (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Amanda Brooks (Shane), Arianna Chandler (Michael), Amber Skinner, Alana Harbison (Dalton), Ashton Watson, David Cook and Morgan Cook; her great grandchildren, Kately, Kilynn, Max, Emma, Sam, Bristol, Barrett and Brooklyn; and her sisters, Joan Law (Wayne) and Jane Guthrie.
