We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2021, Viola Johnston of Fairhope, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Burmeister and Katie Burmeister; her brother Fritz Burmeister; and her sisters-in-law, Liz Burmeister and Bonnie Burmeister.
She is survived by: her husband Ray Johnston; her daughters, Kathy Williams (Jeff) and Sharon Bishop (David); her grandchildren, Greg Williams (Caroline), Tyler Williams, Nicole Bishop and Colby Bishop; her great grandchildren, Maxson and Wesley Williams; and her siblings, Gloria Davis (Bobby) and William Burmeister. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church, 200 South Section Street, Fairhope, AL 36532.
